Thread Status: Not open for further replies. My old computer's built in card reader did not recognize an 8 gig and higher card. Click the (Play) button in the Viewer Window. I don't get that message anymore which would be the expected behavior (the OS should remember your choice).
They aren't filtered into my Junk folder, either. Just repeat the steps above making sure the camera icon appears in Devices and Printers then have Windows install the required driver (watch your taskbar). If I browse to the camera in File Explorer, right click on the G10, and select Properties I get a window with three tabs across the top: General, Events, & Color So I end up closing out of the programme through task manager.
