The 96 wizard you've already been pointed to is *very good* & should help you resolve any 96 errors. You need to have a good look at daily usage (use Media Written report), then check available_media report every day to ensure that you have enough empty/available media in the robot. Go to Solution. If the Media Label jobs complete successfully and the labeling looks correct, go to (View > Refresh All) and confirm that the media resides in the Scratch volume pool.
