More... I ran a pandasoft and told me that I had spamta virus, and found this forum as a result of a search. It seems like I cannot get my machine or any other PC on our network to update unless I run this script and then go in and manually start the Windows I narrowed down the problem to Windows Update not being able to determine, if SP was installed or not.
It will ask for confimation to delete the file. Not sure if it is doing anything that would make it so I have to run that "SetServiceObjectSecurity" script to allow me to autoupdate.
