I was getting nothing for a result when I ran: ◦get-mailbox –arbitration –database against my first database. I'm not sure which CU they added that in though.
This is the
answer…….there are two hidden mailboxes left in de mailbox database, called arbitration mailboxes. You should also get a warning describing what Exchange is about to do to the mailboxes. -Jay 1 Jalapeno OP Best Answer the_joey_o Nov 24, 2013 at 10:46

To disable an archive mailbox so you can delete the mailbox database, run the command Disable-Mailbox -Archive. I'm down to the last 3 arbitration mailboxes, but their names seem to be causing a problem when I try to remove them. However I have tried what MarkieSA has suggested and I still see no mailboxes. Thanks Jay6111 for all the help!

(LogOut/Change) You are Deleting the database was successfull, I suppose, as it disappeared from the EAC UI, but I got an error at the same time as it told me to manually delete the Remove Mailbox Database Exchange 2010 Arbitration I keep using Get-Mailbox -Archive -Database "DB_Name" which doesn't show me anything.
