There is no concrete solution yet seen, though it was said to be resolved by applying many roll ups in the past. To change this behavior it is possible to edit the MSExchangeMailboxReplication.exe.config file which can be found in the directory C:\Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange Server\V14\Bin. It's only when we move between databases on the 2010 server. It seems to be an issue with SP2 RU3, rolling back to RU2 should resolve the issue.
