I've got the same behaviour you get, If you need some more information ask. Hi Steve, I don't know if my reply style is correct. Guess I'll have to switch it to USER and restart samba every time I want to add another printer. http://popupjammer.com/cups-unable/drivers.html I changed the user in "write list" back to root and I've ran the command cupsaddsmb with the root user.

I'm not sure, but there are settings in /etc/samba/smb.conf to sync the passwd. here's my smb.conf: [global] workgroup = test.local passdb backend = tdbsam #vfs objects = extd_audit recycle add user script = /usr/sbin/useradd -m %u It turned out that you have to make samba users with the command: >sudo smbpasswd -a
The problem only happens on my ubuntu dapper system, which I wanted to use as a print server because it has the printer installed locally. It includes both the history of SQL and its technical basics. All rights reserved.
I've even removed the Savin printer and performed the entire steps again using a Lexmark printer. As you finish projects in Quip, the work remains, easily accessible to all team members, new and old. - Increase transparency - Onboard new hires faster - Access from mobile/offline Try Whatever, it seems to be an ubuntu dapper thing.
